Citizen Diplomacy

During APEC, Kim Mai, SFHCMCSCC Board President, Richard Wahl Board Member, Mark Chandler of the Mayor’s Office and I had a very productive meeting at the Marines’ Memorial Club. Several new initiatives were discussed as were the progress of our current joint programs with their “Mayor”, Phan Van Mai and his senior  staff.
